Return Authorization: After receiving your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring it is securely protected to prevent damage during transit.

Include RA Number: Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using a courier service with tracking to ensure your return is received.

 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund. Please note:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
